Customer installed palms warranted for 100% of purchase price for four months. Freight, Permits, Inspections excluded .

Palms purchased at a discount are warranted for 100% of the purchase price, not the full wholesale value. Palm size and original price are not warranted.

The price of the replacement palm  is based on current pricing not the price paid for the original palm.

Palms planted by Hess or an approved installation expert have a warranty of 100% of the purchase price for one year not including labor or freight.

A labor fee equal to the original planting price will be charged on palms replaced by Hess or an approved installation expert.
